Civic Center Court House

Shown above is the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Marin County Hall of Justice, which is 10 minutes from Mr. Carrow's San Rafael office and 20 minutes, across the Golden Gate Bridge, from Mr. Carrow's San Francisco office. The building, which houses the Marin County courts, was Mr. Wright's last commission. The San Francisco courthouse was damaged in the  1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. Repairs were completed in 1999 and the facility is now put to non-judicial uses. The San Francisco courts have relocated to a new courthouse, having been housed in temporary facilities for over eight years following the earthquake.
