Mr. Carrow is admitted to practice before the following courts:
All state courts of California (1958) and New York (1983); all courts of
England and Wales, including the the Supreme Court, consisting of the Crown
Court, the High Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. Mr. Carrow also
has access to the House of Lords, the ultimate appellate authority for the
entire United Kingdom (1981); United States Supreme Court (1978); Court of
Appeals for the 9th Circuit (1977); Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit
(1986); Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (Washington D.C.) (1991);
United States Claims Court; United States District Court for the Northern
District of California (San Francisco, Oakland & San Jose); United States
District Court for the Central District of California (Los Angeles);
United States District Court for the Eastern District of California
(Sacramento & Fresno) and the United States District Court for the
Southern District of California (San Diego).
