By completing the information page, or providing other materials relating to your claim, you acknowledge that Mr. Carrow has not agreed to represent you in any matter, nor have you agreed to employ Mr. Carrow. Mr. Carrow is interested in learning more about your matter so that he can make an informed decision as to whether he will be able to represent you. Mr. Carrow cannot provide any assurance with regard to security of the information provided by you. As noted above, if the information is sensitive, or cannot be stated in general terms, we suggest you communicate with Mr. Carrow by telephone, mail or fax. You may, in the inquiry box set out on the information page, inform Mr. Carrow that other information is forthcoming by fax, mail or telephone.
